I work with kids, teens, and adults — in person in Vancouver and online across BC.

My practice is neurodiversity-affirming and LGBTQIA+-affirming. Before training as a counsellor, I spent years in schools: as a resource teacher, running a Learning Assistance Centre, managing IEPs, and covering classrooms across three districts. That's still the lens I work through — I understand how school systems actually function, and I see a kid's life as one thing that happens across home and school, not two separate files.

I'm not here to fix you or your kid. You already have what you need — my job is to help you find it, at a pace that actually fits.

Kids and teens

Sessions built around what actually works for a particular kid — through play, through talking, or just being alongside them. Parents stay in the loop without sessions turning into a transcript.

Adults

Person-centred, trauma-informed, and attachment-focused work, adjusted to how you actually communicate rather than a fixed script everyone goes through.

Get in touch

This might not be the right fit if you want quick advice, a diagnosis-first approach, or someone who tells you exactly what to do. I work collaboratively, combining what happens in session with practice in between, at whatever pace feels manageable.

If you're looking for someone who takes big feelings seriously, understands schools and IEPs from the inside, and won't ask you to perform being okay — that's closer to where I fit.

A free 20-minute consultation is the easiest way to find out whether this is a fit, with no obligation either way.

Sessions are $150 for 50 minutes, in person or online.
